If the purchase sum is less than CHF 1'500.-, schlafpro.ch offers you an inexpensive flat rate for delivery, assembly and disposal ("all-inclusive package"). In addition, schlafpro.ch delivers almost all items within 15 days.
Pickup discount
Pick up the ordered items at our warehouse in the shopping center Brunaupark in Zurich and we will offer you a generous discount in addition to the best price guarantee. Ask for a quote.
Best Price Guarantee
At schlafpro.ch, the customer is king. And the customer queen. If you are not satisfied with our service, you will receive a compensation of CHF 50.(Not cumulative with the "delivery guarantee".)
Delivery guarantee
Schlafpro.ch delivers most beds, mattresses and bedroom furniture within 15 days. If the delivery is delayed, you will receive a handling fee in the amount of CHF 50.
Free delivery
If the purchase sum is greater than CHF 1,500, schlafpro.ch will deliver all beds, mattresses and furniture to you free of charge. If the purchase sum is smaller, you benefit from a favorable delivery flat rate.
Free assembly
If the purchase amount is greater than CHF 1,500, the assembly professionals from schlafpro.ch will assemble everything for you free of charge. If the purchase sum is smaller, the assembly is included in the delivery flat rate.
Manufacturer warranty
At schlafpro.ch you benefit from the original warranty of the manufacturer. This can be up to 10 years. Schlafpro.ch is extremely accommodating and handles warranty work quickly and easily.
Core exchange
If you do not sleep as well on your new mattress as you imagined, the sleep professionals at schlafpro.ch will make the mattress harder or softer. As you like.
Test mattresses
At schlafpro.ch you can try out different mattresses to your heart's content. In addition, you have the opportunity to test your preferred mattress at home for one week.
Right of exchange
If the new mattress does not provide the desired sleeping comfort, please contact us. Depending on the manufacturer and model, schlafpro.ch will replace the core of the mattress - or the entire mattress.
